Best vehicle buying/leasing experience I’ve had I recently went into Mark Mark Miller Toyota to look for a Tacoma. I decided to look here first as I have had my Toyota Highlander serviced there and I recently went into Mark Mark Miller Toyota to look for a Tacoma. I decided to look here first as I have had my Toyota Highlander serviced there and loved the experience of the service center. I worked with Matt Hanousek who made the whole experience very stress-free and low pressure. I told him what I wanted and he was willing to take time and show me all the different options. He was very knowledgeable and was concerned with making sure I understood everything with the vehicles and truly felt like he wanted to get me exactly what I wanted. I ended up driving out (on New Year’s Eve, mind you) around 9:00pm in a new Tacoma. I am a loyal Toyota guy and, based on this experience, will be buying/servicing all of my vehicles from Mark Miller in the future. More

Outstanding service for over a decade. I had a problem with a fender liner and made an appointment to see if it could be repaired, or if I needed to have it replaced. It had been previously I had a problem with a fender liner and made an appointment to see if it could be repaired, or if I needed to have it replaced. It had been previously repaired, but this time it needed to be replaced. The part was out of stock, but they were able to order the part from another local source. The service writer estimated that they could pick it up, and have it installed within three hours. I asked them to order and install the part. They beat their time estimate by 1 hour and 15 minutes.
