The only Utah dealer I'd consider getting service done at I'm a do-it-myself kind of person, but if there's something I can't do, this is the only dealer in Utah that I'll consider getting service at. The advisors are competent, and they actually pay attention. I've been to some other dealers both inside and outside the state and when I pointed out my leaking differential, they wouldn't do anything about it. The service and parts department is incredible! The extremely friendly staff makes every visit such a pleasure. There is no pressure at all and everyone is patient and respectful. The dealership itself is a wonderful operation and Im always surprised at how quick the turn-around time is on my truck. This WILL be my go-to dealer for now on. More

Thankfully, the purchasing process at Mark Miller Toyota was one of the best sales transactions I have ever experienced in my life. I found my dream vehicle at an amazing price. Too amazing I felt and was skeptical, but I decided to proceed with caution and know that I can back out at any time without any commitment to buy. From first contact with Austyn to flying down from Portland to Salt Lake to sign papers and drive away, every step of the process was an amazing, no pressure, and more importantly, a very communicative experience. Austyn is an amazing dealer who made sure that I got the information I needed and provided me timely updates on any services I requested for the car, which were done well before I flew down to pick up the car. On the day I picked up the car, Austyn picked me up from the airport, drove me to the dealership, and made sure that everything was done as quickly as possible so that I can drive back to Oregon in my new Mazda 6. I have truly enjoyed my experience with the team at Mark Miller Toyota and will be back in the future should I need another vehicle. More

Long wait, but worth it in the end! I took my car in the other day to get some work done that was covered under warranty as well as a recall issue. When I showed up the appointment I had I took my car in the other day to get some work done that was covered under warranty as well as a recall issue. When I showed up the appointment I had made was not in their system (during the day they discovered the issue and fixed it!) but the person who worked with me was SUPER accomodating and was able to get me scheduled. I ended up spending about 12 hrs waiting - which was great because the wi-fi worked and I got so much work done. The complimentary drinks were excellent and I even had lunch at the cafe which was delicious and reasonably priced. Throughout the day I was keep informed of the status of the repair. In the end, they went above and beyond by taking care of more things than I had asked for - but all under warranty. Super impressed and I would definitely come back again. More

We have dealt with numerous people here over the years and the approach is the same every time - this does not happen by accident, you can absolutely tell this is a business that cares about its reputation and knows the value of return customers. As usual the sales crew (patiently) listened to every question we had, were very relaxed and down to earth (fun to talk to), value your time, and spent a lot of extra energy making sure they found the best truck for us and the best situation to get it. The finance experience was easy, every detail transparent, and they found a couple small ways we would not have anticipated to make sure we saved a little more money. I would send anyone here - this group is such a contrast to what most dealerships are becoming, these guys do it right and can look you in the eye after the deal is done. More
