I made the mistake of hitting a curb and damaged my car in the winter, but the service staff at Mark Miller Toyota made the process of getting it fixed much less painful than I anticipated. They provided an easy-to-understand estimate for the cost of my repairs and were able to get the work done quickly so I could be back on the road. They also took care of my regularly-scheduled service (oil change, multi-point inspection) at the same time so I wouldn't have to come back in for that separately. Honestly, the reason I go to the dealership is for their service. I know I can call and talk to my service representative if I have questions or concerns, and they keep my car in safe working order. Specifically I love working with Jantzen at this location. I trust him for my service needs. More

They didn’t have the parts that I needed so I couldn’t finish that day. I had to leave for one month before returning. They sent me on my way without charging that day, cleaned my car, set the next appt., then didn’t charge the full amount quoted because it didn’t need it. I will always go to Mark Miller for service and sales. Bought a Corolla there as well. More
