Not only is Wendell personable, but he takes ownership of every service issues. Recently, I needed to replace an outside mirror. Wendell found me a used mirror and ordered it. When the mirror arrived, it was not the right mirror. Wendell sent it back and ordered me another mirror from a Toyota dealer back East. Again, it was the wrong mirror, and Wendell sent it back. The third mirror turned out to be the right mirror, but the color was wrong, so Wendell sent it out to be repainted. All that trouble and inconvenience just to save me a few dollars. It's that type of service and commitment on Wendell's part that has kept me coming back to Mark Miller Toyota for the past 15 years. More

Since that time we bring the car in every 6 months for service as well as cleaning and polishing (we purchased the appearance package). The friendliness and professionalism of the staff cannot be beat. I'm already looking forward to my next Toyota purchase and doubt I will shop anywhere else.
