My last trip there....I had worked a few hours that morning and was planning to meet my daughter for lunch. I text her that I was stopping for an oil change/tire rotation and may be a little late. I was greeted by friendly service people and went to the lounge area. I had brought a craft to work on. I had barely pulled my craft out and somebody from service was there to tell me that my vehicle was completed. I went to pay and asked for a discount and they threw in a $15 coupon. How is that for going the extra mile? I will continue taking my vehicle there for service and will continue recommending the service there to friends and co-workers. More

I had contacted 6 other dealerships, all with the same request (to help me meet a specific monthly payment on my new vehicle), and none had acknowledged the request except for Ken Shaw at Mark Miller. The process was incredibly simple and I didn't spend more than 2 hours at the dealership before I drove away with my dream vehicle which I purchased for my target price. I highly recommend purchasing vehicles from this location because the whole time I was there, I felt like family. More

The other dealership would not even give me a price until I would agree to purchase the vehicle at their price on their terms. As I worked with Mark and Spencer, they were respectful of my knowledge of pricing and options and simply found the 4Runner that was exactly what I requested at a price that was lower than the KBB internet price.
