I have found Mark miller to be Very competitive and I am more than willing to spend a little more to get a lot more out of the genuine Toyota parts and their exceptional warranty. I had forgotten I had purchased the extended plan and so when I cam e to get my car they had all that taken care of and all I paid for was the deductible. They didn't have the part and had it overnighted at no extra cost and were willing to help me with a loaner if needed(but I didn't need one). Always a pleasure and worry free! More

I especially like the way they look at your whole car and tell you what needs service now and which services you can defer a bit longer. So there is this long term plan in place that keeps your vehicle running well but spreading out the cost if you need to. We also have a 2001 Sequoia which this dealership has kept in good running order. Bruce Belliston is great to work with, never pushy, and helps with planning for future services. The waiting room is great with food services or they are happy to shuttle you home if the service will take more time. And when it is time to pay, the staff is very efficient in getting you paid up and out of there. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Truly outstanding service Last week, I took my 2007 4Runner in for service on all the gear boxes, and had the spark plugs changed also. I have been doing this, as required by time and mileage, since I purchased the vehicle new from Miller in December of 2006. I have never had anything but an experience that well exceeded my expectations, and I'm very difficult to please. The service advisors are extremely competent and knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles, and they explain everything they recommend clearly and completely. They listen to my concerns and really try to fully understand them; they respect me as a customer! Then, they do whatever is necessary to completely respond to my concerns. I don't know for sure, obviously, but all signs point to the fact that the technicians who have serviced my vehicle have done everything they stated and have done it very well. My vehicle now has about 270,000 miles on it and runs like a dream, and I'm sure this is due in no small part to the outstanding service the vehicle has had over its lifetime. More

Great service experience! For two years the wonderful service advisor, Wendell McMullen, had been trying to determine why my 2015 Highlander had a significant wind-noise issue For two years the wonderful service advisor, Wendell McMullen, had been trying to determine why my 2015 Highlander had a significant wind-noise issue in the driver door. Just before the vehicle went out of warranty, I asked Wendell to please try again as the wind noise was loud, bothersome, and, from all I had read and heard, unusual. Wendell assigned the task this last time to service technician Russell Steinfels, and am I truly fortunate and happy that he did! Both Wendell and Russell had driven the vehicle at highway speeds and, when possible, in windy conditions. Neither of them could apparently really tell there was even an issue. When I came to pick up my unrepaired vehicle, Wendell suggested I take a ride with Russell to see if I could demonstrate the noise (I could) and then Russell began to ponder the cause. After lots of looking and thinking, Russell noticed that a piece of exterior trip at the B pillar, abutting the window, was slightly convex rather than flat. Could that be the source of the noise? A new trim piece was ordered and soon installed. At once I could tell the difference in the wind noise, and the noise is gone to this day. That new little trim piece fits flat against the outside of the window instead of being a tiny bit convex, and the fix was in. I have to give really high marks to Wendell McMullen for being tenacious in trying to determine the cause of my wind noise, and super high marks to technician Russell Steinfels for figuring it all out. These sorts of professionalism will keep me coming back for necessary servicing of my Highlander! Thanks, guys. More
