It may seem like a petty complaint, but they do talk up their "free car wash." Maybe they could send customers across the street to a car wash that would be MUCH quicker. More

Very Professional , friendly and honest I have purchased several new vehicles over the years and was very pleased with the professional manner the staff at Mark Miller handled my purchase. I I have purchased several new vehicles over the years and was very pleased with the professional manner the staff at Mark Miller handled my purchase. I was able to come to an agreement over the internet and phone of a firm purchase price for my Highlander since I live in Idaho. We drove to Salt Lake and was met by Kyle who was expecting us and made us feel welcome. kyle was very knowledgeable about all the features the Highlander we were interested in had to offer. After a test drive we confirmed our agreement we had previously made over the phone and within an hour we were on our way back to Idaho. We were not pressured to purchase any additonal warranties or added features. Thank you Kyle and the Mark Miller staff we worked with. In my opinion this is the way to buy a new vehicle NO HASSLE.
