The primary employee I worked with, Wendell McMullen, was knowledgable and honest. I called ahead to schedule an in-depth vehicle inspection. (I wanted a thorough inspection prior to the warranty expiration.) I was given the pricing over the phone. When I arrived, Wendell and I had a short conversation. He explained the inspection process and asked if there was anything in particular that I wanted the team to investigate. I listed a number of items, and he took detailed notes. When the inspection was complete, Wendell and I spoke once again. He gave a detailed report of my vehicle's condition, including the items that I mentioned prior to the inspection. I had a number things that I needed to address. Wendell gave me a very honest "What I would do if it were my car" opinion. It really helped me make my decisions. Furthermore, I not feel comfortable taking my car to Mark Miller Toyota for service. (This was my first time.) More

I like how good they are and were a great deal. I have had my car fixed at this location several times. It's an older model and needs TLC. Not only did they give me a better price for oil change, they left me alone to relax and wait. I didn't get bothered every few minutes trying to be up-sold. They even washed my car and for a busy Saturday I was out an hour before I needed to be to another apt. They were exceptional. I will not get my car serviced by anyone else now. More

Eric Twitchell was my sales guy and he made me feel so secure about buying my Prius, he was knowledgeable and friendly, was not in a hurry even thou it tool me 2 visits and the second one the dealer was basically closing but he made sure to stay trough all the process even after the sale was done, he waited around until i entered in my car and drove off. i gladly recommend this dealer for all my family and friends or to anyone that is unsure on what to get or even is certain they know what to go for.
