David Cabrera was the best part about this place. He was really the only person I interacted with who made me feel welcome, wanted, and explained things clearly and concisely. The concierge desk was essentially useless both times I tried to get their support, and I always felt like I was bothering them. We ordered this car online, and I don't know if that makes them bitter or messes with their compensation, but I just didn't feel welcome at this location, and if it wasn't the closest dealership to my house, I probably wouldn't have gone there. I believe it was Ken Shaw who Jamie handed me off to, he didn't seem to want to have to get out of his chair, and was more interested in talking to his coworkers about the escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, and there was some other sales guy speaking loudly on the phone about what seemed like a troubling family situation. All this to say nothing about the vibe felt professional. We bought a brand new car with cash and it should have been much easier than it was, and things were not explained clearly and I had to make multiple trips to the bank because the correct amounts were not given by the concierge desk. I think they are coasting on Toyota as a brand. Let's just say the hour I spent at the KIA dealership was a completely different experience. They were so much more friendly and personal. Mark Miller is simply lucky that I ended up wanting a Toyota, and they were the closest location. Like I said, maybe that's why they don't seem to care or put effort into their job, the cars sell themselves? More
