They gave me a packet of information on what they did and what they recommend that I do next. The repairs they recommended were things that I knew needed to be done which makes me trust their judgement. It had the prices and the estimated amount of time the repairs would take. It was so helpful so I could plan how long the next appointment would take and so I could price check their estimate with other shops. Their prices were lower than any of the places I looked and since I trust them to do good work, I went back to them to get the repairs done. More
