"Honest and great customer service" I had visited other Toyota's dealership but, " I am so glad I went to Mark Miller". Since my first visit, I felt that they care about the services the I had visited other Toyota's dealership but, " I am so glad I went to Mark Miller". Since my first visit, I felt that they care about the services they offered. What a difference. I felt that they care and were fast, through and honest. They were the only ones that could take the time to do a complete diagnose of my 2012 Rav 4. We had amazing customer service when purchasing the vehicle and so we purchased a service package at the time of the original purchase. We also purchased our snow tires through Mark Miller Toyota. We have experienced nothing but top-notch service from them. It is incredibly easy to make an appointment and they offer shuttle service and they have a loaner vehicle program as well. They always take the time to go over all of the services performed in a 'dummies version' and the vehicle is always returned much cleaner than it was left off. They also make the yearly inspection of your vehicle very convenient. We recommend them to our family and friends when they are considering buying a vehicle. More

Poor service, no effort. I was not impressed at all with the salesman, Robin. I felt like I was the one trying to sell something. We will not return to this dealership based on the way that their employee represented them. Go elsewhere for good service! More

Outstanding Service Called them up due to a recall notice for my Toyota Rav4. The person on the phone was upbeat and cordial. After leaving my car with them their shuttle service took me to work and later picked me up back to the dealership. While at work, they communicated with me through email offering extra services that I may be interested in. All is handled online, very easy and straight forward. Their service people are very professional, they work as a team, swift but not rushed. Good communication skills and organized. Their premises are clean and modern. I was very positively impressed. After a long day of not finding the right vehicle at the right price, I ended up sitting down with Kelly. He showed me some options and we test drove a couple as well. Besides some frightening intersections, everything went smoothly. Kelly was focused and dedicated to helping me get what I want, giving opinions and suggestions, but never hassling me out of my price range or pressuring me into something I didn't like. The dealership gave me a fair deal and has been reputable throughout. 2 weeks later I had a small issue, and it was promptly resolved.
