We love the vehicle - but we wouldn't be driving it if it wasn't for a very positive experience at the dealership. We stopped by to get some ideas for possibly buying a new care (although we had a Honda CRV in mind but wanted to do some comparing with Toyotas). Eric Twitchell did such a nice job of demonstrating and discussing the vehicles that we decided to purchase a Highlander. Working with Eric and his manager we were able to receive a deal we felt very good about without them doing any arm twisting on us. The whole experience was very professional and positive and probably the best auto buying experience I've ever had. More
