Both the service department, which I have dealt with through 4 different cars over many years and the sales department are fair, straightforward, and quality-oriented. You feel that when you buy a car here, it will be a good one, and when you get service, it will be successfully and promptly performed. It's a beautiful space and looks like everything would be extra expensive, but don't be overwhelmed by that. They'll make a good deal like anyone else, and the service department is not out to do things that don't need doing. Over the years, they have taken car of a new car purchased there, a used car purchased elsewhere (a Chevy Nova) and two used cars, a Corolla and a Prius, our newest addition. You can see that we're not well to do people, but we expect to get what we pay for, and you get just that at Mark Miller, along with a confident, positive experience. More
