I communicated online with the internet sales at Mark Miller, and they matched the best price I found without hesitation. No games. They had the vehicle in stock. I came in, signed papers, got some great training on the vehicle operations, and was in and out over a long lunch hour. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had, and I've bought a lot of new cars over the years. I absolutely would buy from Mark Miller again. Got what we wanted and more A few weeks ago I got a new job and a new car. The company has a policy that they get a new car when the car they are using has 40-50K miles on it. Th A few weeks ago I got a new job and a new car. The company has a policy that they get a new car when the car they are using has 40-50K miles on it. That means a new car every one and a half to two years. I told my wife about that and we thought of our Malibu that we liked a lot but with 41K on it. With winter coming on, we were looking for a AWD car because she had a new commute that involved leaving out little town at 6500 feet. In other words, she'd have a lot more snow then when we lived in the Salt Lake Valley. We went to Mark Miller, talked to our salesman, he showed us some Rav4's and we picked one we liked. Even though we were a little upside down, we were able to qualify for 0% and decided to buy it. The next morning when I woke up and drove it around town, I had no regret, not one bit of buyers remorse. Even now a few weeks later, every time I get to drive it, I feel better about our purchase. My wife feels the same and loves the car. More

We had stopped at 2 other Toyota dealers on out way and none of them were friendly. My husband told the one dealer a certain dollar amount was close to what he expected to pay for a Rav 4 and the dealer looked at him and said What ever you say and turned and walked away. We left and went to Mark Miller and a couple hours later we drove home with the car we wanted at the price we expected to pay. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends.
