I had the carrier inspected at Mark Miller Toyota because I had had poor service at another Toyota dealership. The part was ordered, and I waited. On a whim, I dropped by Mark Miller because I was in the area. In the service area I noticed people hurrying here and there. I muttered to myself, "What does one do to be noticed here?" Almost magically Brian Lawrence appeared at my side saying, "Just ask me." He took over from that point, found the necessary documentation and the service people alerted. I left the dealership with a new spare tire carrier. Wow! Talk about excellent service. I can't say enough good about Brian Lawrence. A big THANK YOU to everyone at Mark Miller Toyota. What I really appreciated is that our sales rep, Jesse Tyler, understood this was not our first car purchases so treated us with respect and provided us with honest and helpful guidance. He was respectful of our time and had the car ready on the showroom floor so we did not have sit out in the cold while we looked through it. We purchased some car mats and had some window tinting added to the vehicle and when our daughter took the car back to the dealership to pick up the parts and have the service done they treated her well. We just felt that we received the red carpet treatment as if we purchased a fleet of vehicles. More
