New customer, for life My family has been buying and servicing our Toyota's since the 80's from another dealer along the Wasatch Front. A few weeks back I went to that same store however, I felt as though my continued business was not appreciated as I get the run-around on pricing, the needs for my Rav4. I couldn't get a straight answer and the service writer did not seem to know anything about my vehicle. It took almost an hour just to get a quote and understand the factory recommended service needs so as to keep my Rav as long as possible, it has sentimental meaning to me. I decided to take a trip to Salt Lake to visit with Mark Miller Toyota and I am VERY glad I did. I was greeted within about 2 minutes, had a service writer look up my vehicle and give me a complete rundown of all recommended service needs. I agreed with the recommendations but, it didn't stop there. While they were taking care of my tire rotation and differential servicing they checked my air filters and even did a complete look over of my Rav. They informed me that my filters looked good for about another 10k or so, (surprised me they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need but instead came across as HONEST with a real desire to earn my future business, which they have!) I have a new dealer, as do the rest of my family members and friends. New Tundra next Spring (keeping the Rav) and it is coming from Mark Miller!!! More

Fast courteous and efficient service - never a rip-off. I recently took my 2015 Corolla into Mark Miller for scheduled maintenance. The job was actually done sooner than promised which made my day easier. I recently took my 2015 Corolla into Mark Miller for scheduled maintenance. The job was actually done sooner than promised which made my day easier. I have never had Mark Miller recommend any unnecessary service to raise the bill. It's weird to think that you can trust a car dealer, but I have no problem trusting the service department at Mark Miller. We have 3 Toyotas (2015 Corolla, 2009 Corolla and 2002 Highlander) and have had all 3 vehicles in for regular maintenance and/or minor repairs and have always received fair treatment. That's why we keep going back to them even though we live by another Toyota dealer about 7 blocks from home who has been "less than honest" on several occasions. Not so with Mark Miller! Sure, you can sometimes find a lower price from a local garage, but I have found out the hard way that quality work is worth it especially if you tend to hold onto your cars like we do. More

Hands down, the Best! I purchased a 2008 Prius from a private seller in 2010. That seller bought the car new from Mark Miller Toyota and the Prius had always been serviced I purchased a 2008 Prius from a private seller in 2010. That seller bought the car new from Mark Miller Toyota and the Prius had always been serviced there, so I followed suit. I have owned the car for almost six years and it is the best car I have ever owned. I have never even had to use the regular service department, which is a testament to Toyota quality and the Prius. Every 5,000 miles I go to the Mark Miller Express Lube and have the oil changed and tires rotated. The staff are always prompt and polite and get you taken care of without overlooking any maintenance items. I couldn't ask for anything more, and I recommend them to everyone. Thank You Mark Miller!
