With no prior appointment, we met with Wayne Roberson, who had us a price on our new van and an appraisal in process on our old one in 30 minutes before we had to leave. Wayne e-mailed us an offer later that day, and after a counter-offer back, we went to pick up the van the next day. Sean Kingston got us a great rate on financing, and while I was in filling out the paperwork, I could observe Wayne personally removing the stickers from the window, and cleaning everything up. That really impressed me. Sean quickly got all of the documents finished up, and Wayne showed me all of the features on the new van, and I was on my way. I feel we got a great price, and everyone I dealt with was great to work with. Will definitely be returning for my future vehicle purchases. More
