This dealership is really great. I originally bought a 2005 Scion XB from Karl Malone Toyota. After takeing it in for a simple repair once and treated poorly I have ever since taken my cars to Mark Miller 2005 Scion XB from Karl Malone Toyota. The service staff was so nice that when I was ready to buy my next car I was going to do it there. Jessie Tyler was extremely nice and handled all my needs. Now I traded in my 2005 Scion XB for a new 2013 Scion XB and I love it! When I first got in it only had 9 miles on the odometer. They even posted a picture of us standing next to my onld and new car on Facebook. When my wife is ready for a new car we will be trading in her 1996 Corolla and we will be going back to visit Jessie at Mark Miller again. More

Mark Miller is the best place you can buy a car. I was in an accident that totaled my car three weeks ago. I looked for three full weeks to find a Corolla that I could afford. I went to at least 10-12 auto car sales lots in the Salt Lake and Utah county areas. I went on line and read reviews. I did not see any negative review about Mark Millers car sales. Another large car dealer in Salt Lake recommended them to me when I went to their lot to see if they had any used a Corollas for sale. When arriving at Mark Miller, Derek Roy was there ready to serve and help me. He was wonderful to work with. He took the time to go several test drives with me in a couple of cars. I then I took them out on my own. He helped me to realize that I might consider a certified car. I was frustrated from a deal that I had made on car at another car dealership. I had requested some repairs on that car, but they would not complete them after I had made a down payment. So I came back to Mark Miller from another county. Derek was good to educate and take the time to help me through the process. I spent about 5 hours with him one day. I know that this must have been trying to him, but he did not show any frustration. I did signed on a certified corolla that day, after three weeks of searching. When I came back the next day to pay for the car, he was out. I wanted the service department to check something out on the car, which they did promptly, event though I did not have an appointment with them. The service department is amazing, and the best service department that I have ever experienced. They are a team, and strive for complete costumer satisfaction. Mark Miller is a car dealer that you can trust, and will experience customer service like you have never experience before any where. I kept asking my self "are these people for real? Yes they are for real. I will go back again when in need of a newer car and recommend them in the highest regard. More

Do you have a counter offer? I'll have to take it upstairs. They're willing to move this far. Counter offer? I'll take it upstairs…." Unless we wanted to pay a completely unreasonable price for the vehicle, the whole process took the entire day! Literally! What a breath of fresh air Mark Miller Toyota was!! We located the vehicle we wanted online during our research, and it happened to be in stock at Mark Miller Toyota. Ken Shaw was very professional, offered us a good amount for our trade-in and, at the same time, offered us a great price on the new vehicle. We were stunned! We had done a lot of research and were prepared to demand a certain amount for the trade-in and not pay a penny more than what we had researched for the new-to-us vehicle. Ken's numbers came in almost exactly where we had predetermined - without the incessant back-and-forth and without taking all day! I think it maybe took an hour and a half to complete the entire transaction. We are customers for life!!
