Greeted promptly upon arrival, and waiting room is good. I appreciated the free WiFi. But I was really impressed when the service advisor told me that I didn't need everything I came in for. It is refreshing to get an honest service without advisors pushing more and more service needed. My favorite part of the service department is the honest people working there. Service was fast and they even cleaned my car. Definitely will return. More

Custom 2015 Prius! So, when I took my 2009 Prius in because my engine light had come on, I wasn't expecting to get anything other than my car back when they were done wi So, when I took my 2009 Prius in because my engine light had come on, I wasn't expecting to get anything other than my car back when they were done with it. But - I had been wondering about the 3rd generation Prius for a while, so I went to see what I could find out about it. I had previously purchased my 09 Prius from Mark Miller Toyota, and I already had a sales contact person, but he wasn't there that day, so Jeff was the one that helped me out. Here's why I like Mark Miller Toyota - at any other dealership you're going to be pushed and prodded into the direction the sales people want you to go so they can make the biggest buck with no regard to what your financial situation is or what YOU WANT in the first place. Not here - Jeff didn't try to push anything on me or make me want to get anything extra (like floor mats and scotch guarding or anything) but instead wanted to know what I WANTED - me - me - me. When I told him what my experience was in purchasing cars, he simply asked me if I had ever considered buying new - that was it - he then showed me everything they had, and all offers that were on the table from the dealership - he wasn't pushy or smothering, or aggressive, or anything - but to make a long-ish story shorter, Jeff was able to get me into a brand spanking new 2015 Prius (silver -yay- finally my car is silver) and when everything was said and done with the new financing, my trade in, and the sexy customizations I was able to get for my car (think wheels, tinting, and tail lights), Jeff was able to save me $15.00 per month in overall expenses. So, now I have a NEW car, not used, a better loan, and he saved me money . . . all I have to say is KUDOS to you Jeff! Cheers! More
