EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Brought my Toyota Sequoia in for a recall repair. Toyota needed to order parts and the repair wouldn't be able to be completed for 2 days. Instead of making me come back in 2 days to drop off my car again, Brian Goodrich gave me the use of a loaner car, which was very convenient! Even Honda didn't do that for me when my 2014 Honda needed a repair that was going to take a week and was Honda's fault! This is the second time I have used this dealership in the last year, and I have been treated very well both times by Brian Goodrich! More

Right from Sales & finance to Delivery every body in their Staff was very clear in communication and we closed the deal in 2 1/2 hours. The car still runs great (5 years after). There service advisors are most cordial and friendly. I bought another Toyota Car later (Prius) and get it serviced regularly at Mark Miller.
