New customer, for life My family has been buying and servicing our Toyota's since the 80's from another dealer along the Wasatch Front. A few weeks back I went to that same My family has been buying and servicing our Toyota's since the 80's from another dealer along the Wasatch Front. A few weeks back I went to that same store however, I felt as though my continued business was not appreciated as I get the run-around on pricing, the needs for my Rav4. I couldn't get a straight answer and the service writer did not seem to know anything about my vehicle. It took almost an hour just to get a quote and understand the factory recommended service needs so as to keep my Rav as long as possible, it has sentimental meaning to me. I decided to take a trip to Salt Lake to visit with Mark Miller Toyota and I am VERY glad I did. I was greeted within about 2 minutes, had a service writer look up my vehicle and give me a complete rundown of all recommended service needs. I agreed with the recommendations but, it didn't stop there. While they were taking care of my tire rotation and differential servicing they checked my air filters and even did a complete look over of my Rav. They informed me that my filters looked good for about another 10k or so, (surprised me they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need but instead came across as HONEST with a real desire to earn my future business, which they have!) I have a new dealer, as do the rest of my family members and friends. New Tundra next Spring (keeping the Rav) and it is coming from Mark Miller!!! More
