I took a used SUV for a test drive, I liked it and asked the sales person to make a deal. I arranged my financing with a local bank, later the sales person called back and said it would be an extra 1200.00 to fix the clutch and told me I should give him 500.00 down with a credit card over the phone as someone else was coming down to look at it.. He said he would honor the original price but It would not include the new clutch.. I called around and found the 1200.00 repair charge to be about the going rate.. ??At this point I asked the sales person to send me a email of the deal I was trying to make and to include the clutch repair.. He texted me a picture of half of the invoice but it was a copy of one without the repair.. ??I called the General Manger to complain about the high price and the run around.?He told me the 4x4 SUV was a in demand item and they are in business to make a profit and he apologized for the run around and would make it right.. I told him send me a decent contract in writing by email and see what he could to about the price. ??The next day the salesman did so.. I ended up paying over 2000.00 above Kelly Blue Book Value and never received an apology from the sales person.. ??If you looking to get the run around, some poor business practices AND pay way over book this is the place for you.. Update, 5 days have passed and Mark Miller Toyota called to say They are still waiting for a part to repair the used Toyota I purchased. More
Andy Ross and Spencer Williams both seem to represent the attitude of this dealership. When we were shopping for a new Camry, we first worked with Andy and later with Spencer. Both listened to what we had to say, explained what they thought would be the best option for us and worked hard to get the best price for us. We were especially happy that they gave us their best price without haggling or having to consult a "floor manager" for a better deal. There was no pressure to buy a car today--none of that "What would it take to get you into a car right now" talk. They didn't try to come back with a better price, they just explained what the car would cost, what optional equipment would add to the price and let us go home and think about our decision. There was no pressure filled followup call the next day, they just let us decide. I had originally spoken with Andy when I was there to have my old Camry serviced during the winter. I told him that we would probably not be ready to purchase until later in the summer. He did not persistently call and continue to pester us, but rather waited until we were ready to come in. We came back in early August and got his best deal on a new 2013 Camry and then told him that we would not be making a decision until later in the month. When we were ready, unfortunately Andy was on medical leave when I called him back. He recommended that I speak to Spencer which I did. I went alone to the dealership and Spencer did not treat me like I needed to have "permission" from my husband to buy a car. Two days later we bought a new 2014. Spencer was especially helpful in making sure that our needs were met and went out of his way to be helpful. Andy was back on the job the day we picked up our car and he remembered talking with us and offered his help again in the future. Mark Miller will be our Toyota dealership for all future new car purchases and service work. More

Mark Miller Toyota is the best dealership that I've ever worked with. I purchased a new 2012 Camry in January of 2012 from Mark Peck and he couldn't have been more professional and kind. Because of this experience, I go to Mark Miller Toyota for services on my car, which is a 40 mile one way drive for me. Last month, I went up there to have my brakes checked because something didn't seem right with them. Brian Payne and Angela Martin helped me with the service and they were so nice and explained everything to me in great detail. They replaced the brake pads and machined the rotors free of charge and now everything functions fine. I will continue to go to Mark Miller for all of my sales and service needs and would recommend them to anyone, no matter how far the drive because it's worth it. More

I worked with the Internet Sales Department to purchase a new 2013 Camry Hybrid. Staff was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. It was not the stereotypical car sales environment. Although I'd been pre-approved by one credit union, I contacted another my son told me about and went through the whole process to be approved. I thought I was, as they'd informed me as such. But it wasn't until Anthony contacted them about the contract that they requested a co-signer. He immediately contacted the first credit union, who approved the loan. After weeks of research, I appreciated the fact that he made such an effort without my encouragement. I've used Mark Miller for the purchase of three cars in the past 20 years and was very satisfied with this purchase also. More

Wow - I was blown away by the level of customer service at Mark Miller Toyota!! Great dealership. During a move from Colorado to Idaho, my van completely died in the middle of Wyoming. I had AAA tow my van to the closest Toyota dealership, which happened to be Mark Miller in Salt Lake City. Angela Martin, one of the customer service reps, emailed back-and-forth with me for weeks to help me figure out what to do with my van. She was so helpful, kind, and understanding -- making a slightly stressful situation as easy as possible. They let me leave the van on their lot as long as I needed, and Angela was always there to answer my questions - all for a $67 service charge. In the end, I found a buyer in Salt Lake who towed my van away. I would absolutely return to the dealership and recommend it to a friend. More

We bought the car using our insurance company's (USAA) car buying service, which made locating the vehicle and negotiating its price easy. I'm glad this dealership participates in that program, because not all do. The Mark Miller staff was very helpful. The salesman was especially helpful; he spent 30 minutes with us explaining the electronic features (which are many) and answering our questions. We ordered mud flaps, and they made installation easy; they allowed us to make the installation appointment on a day and time convenient for us. The service manager was very personable, which always makes things easier. I will go back to this dealership for another vehicle when the time is right. More
