They look your vehicle over and let you know what service might be coming up to prevent you from being out on the road with a repair. Make an appointment,show up and they will take you to work while they work on your vehicle. They are awesome to work with and I do go to their speedy lube which is great also. I am hanging on to my truck and the bet way to do that is keep it well maintained. More

For my first experience buying a brand new car, I researched cars, dealers, and maintenance service. My choice was for a Hybrid and the best of category came out as Toyota Camry. I found that the best sales experiences and service experiences were at Mark Miller Toyota. I contacted the dealer via chat and was directed to Jesse Tyler. He called me and enthusiastically answered all my questions. When I went in for a test drive, he instructed me on all the differences of how to drive a Hybrid. He was extremely personable and willing to assist. He made my first dealer sales experience very comfortable. Even the signing-of-the-papers for financing was smooth and without anxiety. Overall, I would recommend Mark Miller Toyota to any of my family, friends, neighbors, or colleagues (and I have). Jesse kept me relaxed and did not pressure me at all. Service Advisor Bruce Belliston has been so good to work with all these years. He is a fair and honest individual and is always so willing to help and make sure that all my needs are met. This last time I took in my truck Bruce was out of town and so Brian Payne helped me and was so accommodating and helpful too. The people working in the service department are always so upbeat and positive! My overall experience has just been fantastic! I live in Roy and have been so pleased with Mark Millet Toyota that driving the extra mileage to go this service department in Salt Lake is so worth it. Lexus I had previously leased a Camry from this dealership before and LOVED that car. Never had any problems with it. When the lease came to an end, I found myself in a situation where it was most advantageous to trade in the vehicle. I was able to get my dream car, a Lexus IS 250 used for an unbelievable deal! It is a beautiful car and I feel comfortable knowing that this car is in tip-top shape and will last a long time. Jesse spent hours with me the first day I came in and even let me take the Lexus up to Park City, as that is where it will be driven the most. He answered all of my questions and was very easy to reach via phone. Being a young female buying my first car, I was pretty nervous, and I truly feel that Jesse wanted what was best for me both financially and car-wise. Roger was very helpful, too, and answered my questions about buying a car and Lexuses in general. Anthony in the finance department was awesome and gave me some great advice on financing my car. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything extra from Toyota/Lexus and I really appreciate that he is taking the time to find me the very best interest rate available. I will probably buy my cars from this dealership as long as I live in Utah! Very high quality vehicles. I also feel that none of the employees I interacted with would have allowed me to be in a situation that did not make sense financially. They truly want what is best for the customer, regardless of your financial situation. More
