The addition of the Express Lube bays has greatly reduced the wait time for routine maintenance; oil changes, tire rotations, etc. This is a great improvement over other dealerships that put your vehicle in their service queue. The price quoted has always been what I have paid after the work is completed. I was so impressed with the overall service experience, I had to let the service manager know what an outstanding job his technicians are doing. The experience I had at Mark Miller was excellent. They had the exact model and color of car I was looking for. Having done research on the internet, I had a pretty good idea what I was willing to pay for had the exact model and color of car I was looking for. However, when we discussed the value of my trade in, even though the amount they offered was reasonable, it was several hundred dollars less that what web sites like Edmunds.com said I should be able to get. Nevertheless, I would recommend Mark Miller Toyota as a great place to get a new car. It was a much more pleasant experience than those I've had, spending hours in difficult negotiations, at other dealerships. More
