As a COSTCO member I have unsuccessfully attempted to purchase a vehicle using the auto buying program on several occasions over the past 4 years and have been disappointed every time but once. The only time that I have received the service that I expected was at Mark Miller Toyota. Spencer a Certified Sales Consultant and member of the coveted "Sales Society BRONZE Award" was absolutely hands down the best, most professional, easy going sales person that I have ever dealt with. Spencer put absolutely no pressure on me to buy anything. He allowed the product, in this case a Toyota Venza Limited to sell itself, and it did. The sale took place at 8:00 p.m. at night and Spencer stayed close by through the entire process and even spent an additional 1 hour explaining all of the electronics and "DoHickies" of the car. The sale and paperwork were completed around 10:00 p.m. and even though the dealership had closed at 9:00 p.m. Spencer was still there waiting for me to ensure that I understood my new Toyota Venza.
