We bought a new Toyota Venza from Mark Miller Toyota in August of 2013. This was our first time doing business with this dealership. We bought the car using our insurance company's (USAA) car buying service, which made locating the vehicle and negotiating its price easy. I'm glad this dealership participates in that program, because not all do. The Mark Miller staff was very helpful. The salesman was especially helpful; he spent 30 minutes with us explaining the electronic features (which are many) and answering our questions. We ordered mud flaps, and they made installation easy; they allowed us to make the installation appointment on a day and time convenient for us. The service manager was very personable, which always makes things easier. I will go back to this dealership for another vehicle when the time is right. More

The only time that I have received the service that I expected was at Mark Miller Toyota. Spencer a Certified Sales Consultant and member of the coveted "Sales Society BRONZE Award" was absolutely hands down the best, most professional, easy going sales person that I have ever dealt with. Spencer put absolutely no pressure on me to buy anything. He allowed the product, in this case a Toyota Venza Limited to sell itself, and it did. The sale took place at 8:00 p.m. at night and Spencer stayed close by through the entire process and even spent an additional 1 hour explaining all of the electronics and "DoHickies" of the car. The sale and paperwork were completed around 10:00 p.m. and even though the dealership had closed at 9:00 p.m. Spencer was still there waiting for me to ensure that I understood my new Toyota Venza.
