I had a leaking oil pan and went in for service. I was greeted and assisted quickly. I was given a rental car quickly and notified when the work was complete. My last service visit was a great experience from start to finish. I was able to get the day and drop off time that I needed plus arranged for a lender car, that was a nice vehicle, to use while my car wa to finish. I arrived a bit early to pickup my vehicle and was offered a free drink and snack while I waited. The waiting area is very comfortable. My car was finished when they said it would be. I got my second paint saver service and the snow tires taken off and replaced with the seasonal tires. The car looked beautiful. I really appreciated that they detailed the inside of the vehicle as well. Molly was very pleasant & helpful to work with. More

Gavin was very helpful without being pushy, even after test diving several vehicles. We didn't find exactly what we wanted so I gave him my cell phone number when we left to keep me updated on new inventory (which he did). Fast forward 6 months and we were back on the market for a Venza. We had been keeping an eye on all the different dealerships online inventory, and Mark Miller consistently had a better selection and better prices for their vehicles. We knew they had inventory that looked promising so we went straight there and met up with Gavin once more. He was still as helpful and as non-pushy as before, and we finally found a new 2013 Venza that we loved. During the sales process we were given a very reasonable offer on our trade-in (even after 6 months it was several thousand more than Karl Malone offered), we were also shown a comprehensive breakdown of the different financing options, and the entire paperwork process was quick and easy. Everyone we interacted with from sales to financing to the manager were very polite, helpful, and non pushy. I've leased/bought several vehicles before from various dealerships and I can honestly say that the experience with Mark Miller was far more pleasant than what I had been expecting. More

Clean and super friendly location. I have been in several times and my favorite part is they quote me a price and for some reason when I come to pick up my truck it is always less! The person she worked with (can't remember his name) was very patient, answered all of her questions, and let us know what service we should start thinking about in the future beefoer it becomes a big problem. We thought this trip would just be an oil change, but there have been some issues with our emergency brake that needed to be checked out. When that repair was going to be taking longer than she could stay and wait, they gave her a loaner car. At the time my dad was in the hospital so it was a hectic time, but they let us keep the loaner car for an extra day because we live about 40 minutes away and it was hard to get there because of my dad. They were very understanding. More

Wendell is always helpful, friendly and professional and makes are few visits for service very pleasant. From day one after explaining to Josh that my previous experience was bad, he personally went out of his way to ensure I had a great experience with him and Mark Miller Toyota. I explained to Josh the exact truck I wanted and he went to work to find it for me. When there were no matches in the state Josh ordered my Barcellona Red Toyota TRD Tundra and had it there within a few weeks. While I was waiting Josh kept me informed on a daily basis, even calling on his days off to let me know the status. Upon arrival Josh and all the employees at Mark Miller Toyota made me feel like Royalty. Josh took me on a tour of the entire dealership and had me meet key people that would be helping me in the future. He explained my warranty and all the perks that come with buying a new certified Toyota truck. There were very few mistakes throughout the whole experience and anything that went slightly wrong was taken care of with World Class Service. Because of my experience I went on to purchase a clear bra, rhino liner, remote start, step bar, and the Gold Warranty. Everything is now installed and it went as smoothly as I could have ever imagined. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY GO TO MARK MILLER TOYOTA AND ASK FOR JOSH LATTA, you won't be disappointed! I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else. More
