We bought our Prius new in 2006 from Spencer Williams who was great, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. Since then I have had the Prius serviced faithfully at Mark Miller's even thou was great, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. I would never think of buying a vehicle from any other dealer than Mark Miller because of the experience I have had with everyone associated with Mark Miller Toyota. we had a unique financing issue and wished to get another car to replace mine that broke down. We went to the dealership on a whim due to the corner lot signs that stated we have solutions. Everything went smooth n unbelievably well n quick. As part of our Toyota Care on our new Camry (2012) we took our car back to Mark Miller Toyota to be serviced during a quick trip to SLC. They were so fast! We called ahead to see how stacked up they were and they estimated it would take us under an hour so we decided to go. They were done in about 30 minutes actually, and followed-up with a detailed description of what services were done, what services will need to be done on our next visit, and also very helpful explanations of each item needing attention. In the meantime we had very comfortable accommodations while we waited with a gratis snack bar - totally enjoyable. Their shop is state-of-the-art and completely clean. I keep joking with my wife that I want to buy a new car simply so I can have another opportunity to work with Mark Miller Toyota again. Can't recommend a dealership to work with more highly than Mark Miller. From sales to service we have been really surprised and happy. More

I went to Mark Miller because I knew someone that works there. It wasn't my first place I had went to because there was a closer Toyota dealer closer to where I live. After we talked to my buddy and he ended up saying what he had and he gave us a better deal. Now it was after we went to Mark Miller that we noticed the difference. At the other dealer they wanted us to just buy the car and played the salesman game and tried to keep us waiting and tried to talk us into buying the truck. At Mark Miller they were very upfront with us and they treated us how we wanted to be treated. We didn't want to play any games and just wanted to know how details. We got that and it made the experience a lot more simply and enjoyable. More
