We began leasing our 2011 Toyota Sienna about 2 and a half years ago. It is our first time leasing and we have been perfectly happy with it. I was visiting Park City from Southern California having driven up in my Prius. I've had the Prius in the SLC area in winter before but it seemed to me the battery was draining way too rapidly. I was planning to drive home (750 miles) the next day and was concerned). I called Mark Miller Toyota to discuss my concern and hopefully make an appointment to come in. Ms. Bailyey took the time to discuss my issue over the phone and even consulted with her in-house expert. Although she provided a reasonable explanation for my concerns and suggested I did not need to have the car inspected she was williing to and did make and appointment at my request for later the same day. I brought the car in and was very pleasantly suprised with the facility. Ms. Bailey had the car inspected and the results were as she suspected, everything was fine. In the course of our conversation she acknowledged that my "peace of mind" was a valid and important reason to have the inspection. Additionally, she provided me with valuable insights on another issue I have been having with the car related to the Nav unit. If were living in the area, I would make Mark Miller my source for service for both of my Toyotas. They treated me with respect, concern, knowledge, and common sense. More
