The service that I got at mark miller went above and beyond my expectations. I thought the prices would be expensive but was surprised to find out that all services were competitively priced. I was very grateful to have Julian be my service person. He had a driver drop me off at work so that I wouldn't be late. He even had someone come pick me up in order to get my car, I only work a few blocks away but it stared to rain as I was going to walk over to get my car. I will definitely be going back to have other services done on my car. More
We were driving cross country when we noticed we needed an oil change. We called from our hotel and told we could come to the express center. The car was serviced immediately and very efficiently while we sat in the very spacious, clean and warm "cafe" area, where they served complimentary drinks and cookies. The whole experience was remarkable. Everyone we spoke with was both warm and professional. We were in and out in about 30 minutes! If we lived in Salt Lake City, you would be our dealer. Last summer I bought a 2012 Camry SE from Mark Miller Toyota and Mark Peck was my sales guy... and I have to say best dealer experience ever. Mark Peck as great. I have always brought my cars to Mark Miller for Servicing but this is the first Car that I have bought from them. They were able to work with us to get the price of the car we wanted down low enoug Servicing but this is the first Car that I have bought from them. They were able to work with us to get the price of the car we wanted down low enough to fit with in our tight budget. They even upped the value on our trade to help get the price where we needed it. I have never had a problem with any of my Services or now Sales with Mark Miller. I bought my Prius from another dealer and still bring it in here, they treat me honestly and friendly. More
I went to a lot of dealerships and got the same old used car salesman lines, but at Mark Miller and especially TJ, i talked to a person that actually wanted to sell me a car that was good for me. Tj was ho car salesman lines, but at Mark Miller and especially TJ, i talked to a person that actually wanted to sell me a car that was good for me. Tj was honest and would not offer me a vehicle that he did not think was right for me. Tj did such a great job being patient with me and never once tried to pressure me into a sale, even though it took me a long time to find the vehicle that felt right for me. I recommend to everyone I know who is looking for a car to go to TJ, and to Mark Miller . More

We were looking to buy a used Venza last fall, we stopped by several dealerships including Karl Malone where we were insultingly lowballed on our trade in and the salesperson was way too pushy and unwilling by several dealerships including Karl Malone where we were insultingly lowballed on our trade in and the salesperson was way too pushy and unwilling to negotiate... our final stop of the day was by Mark Miller to see their selection. Gavin was very helpful without being pushy, even after test diving several vehicles. We didn't find exactly what we wanted so I gave him my cell phone number when we left to keep me updated on new inventory (which he did). Fast forward 6 months and we were back on the market for a Venza. We had been keeping an eye on all the different dealerships online inventory, and Mark Miller consistently had a better selection and better prices for their vehicles. We knew they had inventory that looked promising so we went straight there and met up with Gavin once more. He was still as helpful and as non-pushy as before, and we finally found a new 2013 Venza that we loved. During the sales process we were given a very reasonable offer on our trade-in (even after 6 months it was several thousand more than Karl Malone offered), we were also shown a comprehensive breakdown of the different financing options, and the entire paperwork process was quick and easy. Everyone we interacted with from sales to financing to the manager were very polite, helpful, and non pushy. I've leased/bought several vehicles before from various dealerships and I can honestly say that the experience with Mark Miller was far more pleasant than what I had been expecting. More
My last service visit was a great experience from start to finish. I was able to get the day and drop off time that I needed plus arranged for a lender car, that was a nice vehicle, to use while my car wa to finish. I arrived a bit early to pickup my vehicle and was offered a free drink and snack while I waited. The waiting area is very comfortable. My car was finished when they said it would be. I got my second paint saver service and the snow tires taken off and replaced with the seasonal tires. The car looked beautiful. I really appreciated that they detailed the inside of the vehicle as well. Molly was very pleasant & helpful to work with. More
I had a leaking oil pan and went in for service. I was greeted and assisted quickly. I was given a rental car quickly and notified when the work was complete.
