The person she worked with (can't remember his name) was very patient, answered all of her questions, and let us know what service we should start thinking about in the future beefoer it becomes a big problem. We thought this trip would just be an oil change, but there have been some issues with our emergency brake that needed to be checked out. When that repair was going to be taking longer than she could stay and wait, they gave her a loaner car. At the time my dad was in the hospital so it was a hectic time, but they let us keep the loaner car for an extra day because we live about 40 minutes away and it was hard to get there because of my dad. They were very understanding. More
