Julian Lopez had me in the day after purchase to install the DVD player that was part of the purchase agreement. The day after I got a follow up call from a gal at Mark Miller making sure they had done everything they needed to. As part of our Toyota Care on our new Camry (2012) we took our car back to Mark Miller Toyota to be serviced during a quick trip to SLC. They were so fast! We called ahead to see how stacked up they were and they estimated it would take us under an hour so we decided to go. They were done in about 30 minutes actually, and followed-up with a detailed description of what services were done, what services will need to be done on our next visit, and also very helpful explanations of each item needing attention. In the meantime we had very comfortable accommodations while we waited with a gratis snack bar - totally enjoyable. Their shop is state-of-the-art and completely clean. I keep joking with my wife that I want to buy a new car simply so I can have another opportunity to work with Mark Miller Toyota again. Can't recommend a dealership to work with more highly than Mark Miller. From sales to service we have been really surprised and happy. More
