I called ahead with the type of vehicle I was looking for and Kerry had several lined up for me to look at and drive. The sales man, Ken was very knowledgeable about all of the car models, he seems genuine, and naturally a friendly person. He made it a comfortable experience in the process of purchasing a car. I went to Mark Miller because I knew someone that works there. It wasn't my first place I had went to because there was a closer Toyota dealer closer to where I live. After we talked to my buddy and he ended up saying what he had and he gave us a better deal. Now it was after we went to Mark Miller that we noticed the difference. At the other dealer they wanted us to just buy the car and played the salesman game and tried to keep us waiting and tried to talk us into buying the truck. At Mark Miller they were very upfront with us and they treated us how we wanted to be treated. We didn't want to play any games and just wanted to know how details. We got that and it made the experience a lot more simply and enjoyable. More
