I took my 4Runner in for new Old Man Emu struts. I am amazed that they carry the brand! That blew me away. I was driving on West Temple and ended up with a totally flat tire. I pulled into the Mark Miller lot and ended up on the opposit side of the service entrance. I couldn't drive any further so I got out my trustee jack and started changing the tire. Two service department employees that were on break heard me and came over and asked if they could help. I told them I didn't want to mess up their break but they were insistant that I allow them to change my tire out. It was only about 15 degrees outside so I sure was glad they insisted on finishing the change out. They put on the spare and then asked if I would like them to fix the flat. I told them that they had been on break and I really didn't want to mess up their break time any longer. They told me, your time is more important than ours and that isn't how we do business here, we would like to fix the tire if you would let us. I gladly let them take my car and the flat. They sent me to the waiting room and wihtin a short time they returned my car and had me on my way. What a great experience, Mark Miller should be proud of these employees. They took a lame situation for me and turned it into a positive outcome. More

I purchased my 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid from Mark Miller dealership. I have taken it there for oil changes and now, to replace the 12 volt battery.
