The employees stayed extra late as i was coming from out of state. The guys i worked with were friendly and Danny Gesen (the finance guy i worked with) was awsome, showing me all my options and what they wo of state. Okay, so this was a terrible experience. First off, never buy over the phone, and never agree to a price or give a nonrefundable deposit without seeing everyting in writing first. I was forced into the situation when I totaled my car on an out of state business trip, and had to buy a new car quickly. Scott the salesman wasn't that bad, but he really had no power as the sales manager Randy was calling the shots anyway. They told me the car would be there on a certain day, and I arranged my schedule to be ready for it, which required a lot of time and money to do. They were 3 days late, acted like they didn't know or care, and refused to do anything to help me out or make up for my troubles. Then, when I went to pick up the car they had conveniently not included some taxes and fees in what we agreed on as an out-the-door price, and refused to budge. I would have gladly walked out if they hadn't already taken a nonrefundable deposit since they brought the car in from another dealership. Overall, I felt the service was incredibly poor for amount of money I paid them, and I believe they were dishonest in negotiations with me. They did not stand behind their word, showed no regard for my time and well-being, and charged me a fortune for it. I do not trust Randy at all, and would recommend everyone stay away from this dealership if he is involved! More

I have purchased numerous cars from different dealerships over the years and have found Mark Miller to be the most honest and up front dealership i have ever worked with. Staff is professional and very knowledgeable, Jason Jones was a pleasure to work with. I was also impressed with their service department as i had work done on my new vehicle after the sale. Both my father and brother recommended Mark Miller so I thought I'd give it a try and I was really glad I did. I didn't feel like I was being pushed around once. They were super friendly and answered all my questions. The best part was, their starting price was lower than most of the other places (and it went down from there). They even made sure I got the exact car I wanted instead of trying to pressure me into buying what was on the lot that day. I will definitely be going back to Mark Miller. More

I looked up Toyota dealerships on Google before contacting Mark Miller. There were other dealerships that had a lot more banners and ads on Google...but, what caught my eye were the "Google Review contacting Mark Miller. Of all the Toyota Dealers in the Wasatch Front area, Mark Miller scored the highest. I selected 4 dealers and requested they have a salesperson contact me by email to discuss buying a Toyota Highlander. I wasn't interested in driving to a bunch of different dealerships just to get pulled into the stereotypical car sale where the guy keeps having to "talk" to his manager. Spencer at Mark Miller was the only salesperson who answered all of my questions directly through email. He also provided me with the most resources. By the end of the day, all I had to do was go in to pickup my new car. Very pleasant experience! More
