My overall experience with Mark Miller Toyota was very positive. I have purchased other vehicles within the valley at other dealerships and notice something special about this dealership and the employee positive. They listened and recommended my needs as a family man on what truck will be the best for me. They explain the reasons on why without pressure. I don't know of any dealership/salesman who can explain Toyota vehicle(s) and options more perfect then the three men I worked with at MM. I have a 2003 Toyota Corolla, which Mark Miller has been servicing since I bought it. Every time I need service I know these things: The work will be guaranteed; the work will be thorough; the work will b servicing since I bought it. Every time I need service I know these things: The work will be guaranteed; the work will be thorough; the work will be warranted; and I will be asked if something else shows up, given an accurate estimate and an honest assessment of whether it needs to be done or not. I still get 33-36 MPG, I have never had a breakdown that endangered or stranded me anywhere, and I feel as if I have never been encouraged to have something done that was needed or more expensive than the value. For instance, I have a light on my dashboard which sometimes flickers out. I was told how much time it would take to fix, what that would cost, and whether it had any safety impact for me. I recommend Bruce Belliston and every other person who has coordinated my care (and that is what it feels like) at Mark Miller Toyota. I have put nearly 500,000 miles on Toyotas--with Bruce's help I hope to put another 500,000 before I quit driving. More

I had already been at Larry Miller to see other models of the RAV4, but didn't buy from them because of the unprofessional way I was treated. Everything was about pressure to take what they wanted to sell me the RAV4, but didn't buy from them because of the unprofessional way I was treated. Everything was about pressure to take what they wanted to sell me and not what I told them I wanted. I met Derek one day and didn't find anything that would work. Derek helped me find a suitable vehicle and scheduled time to help me decide. He wasn't pushy and acted as more of a guide. I enjoyed the experience and will be Back again. More
