I had never heard of Mark Miller Toyota before the Costco Auto program pointed me toward them. Mark Peck and his team were amazing! I have never enjoyed a car buying experience before. When I called into this Toyota dealership, I received a recall from the company about a specific part in the car that needed to be fixed and they were able to schedule me for the same day! That was really convenient because Monday was my only day off. Not only were they friendly, but they also had a shuttle that dropped me off at home and picked me up when the service was done so I wouldn't have to wait 7 hours at the dealership. That made me so happy because I felt like I didn't waste the day. More
