When I called into this Toyota dealership, I received a recall from the company about a specific part in the car that needed to be fixed and they were able to schedule me for the same day! Not only were they friendly, but they also had a shuttle that dropped me off at home and picked me up when the service was done so I wouldn't have to wait 7 hours at the dealership.
