We felt we received great service. I didn't feel like we were being pressured into anything. When my wife and I had to make a few decisions, they were respectful to that and allowed us to talk about it w we were being pressured into anything. When it comes to customer service, convenience and price point, Mark Miller Toyota sets the bar very high for other dealerships to follow. I worked with Jesse Tyler and Steven Arce, both of whom were very point, Mark Miller Toyota sets the bar very high for other dealerships to follow. I worked with Jesse Tyler and Steven Arce, both of whom were very knowledgeable sales associates about the product they were selling and both made the process of buying a car, easy. Frankly, buying a car can be a stressful experience and nothing irritates me more than going to a dealership where the sales associates are pushy and uninformed about the product they are selling--you will not have this problem at Mark Miller Toyota. From the moment I entered the showroom, I was greeted in a friendly manner and it was very apparent that the customer experience was the top priority. Once you're part of the Mark Miller Toyota family it's hard to look anywhere else. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a stress-free car buying experience and in the future I would buy from them again. More

I looked for a vehicle for approximately 6 months and when I found my 2006 Saab 93, I knew it was the car for me. I don't live in Utah any more, but one of my very good friends does, so I asked her to c when I found my 2006 Saab 93, I knew it was the car for me. The sales person was friendly, helpful and able to answer all my questions. I would go to Mark Miller Toyota again if they have a car I like and ever need another car in the future. We had been shopping other dealers and did not have the same experience we found at Mark Miller Toyota. Kerry was out salesperson. Right from the get-go she made us feel comfortable (she even took care of same experience we found at Mark Miller Toyota. Kerry was out salesperson. Right from the get-go she made us feel comfortable (she even took care of my 3 year granddaughter). She took time to understand what I was looking for. She did not try to sell us on something we were not looking for. The dealership did not have the truck we were looking for. While we were there, she researched inventory from other dealerships and found what we needed. In the end, I would recommend this dealership to my friend and family. More
We went to Mark Miller Toyota to see a specific used van listed for sale. We ended up buying the van, but the experience was not pleasant. It was a snowy day when we went for the test drive. The van had just been "detailed" and the floor mats were very wet. The van seemed to drive ok and we were allowed to have a friend test drive it as well. We knew the blue book value, but the sales representatives were not very willing to negotiate the price. When we finally did decide to get the van, we asked if they might be able to switch over the very used tires for the newer ones on our vehicle. (Yes, they were the same size.) They said they couldn't. (I don't know if they asked.) We also asked if we could drive our old vehicle home to clean it out and then trade the following Monday. Again, we were told "no". So, we got the "new" van and had to drive the 30+ miles in pouring snow on poor tires and with bad wipers. (They did change the wipers for me the following Monday.) The floor mats finally were dry three days later when I took them inside. Molly in the service department was great to work with when they replaced the windshield wipers. In fact, if it wasn't for the distance and the inability I would have to get home, the shuttle doesn't go to my location, I would have called Molly when after owning the van for less than a week, I noticed that the gears slipped when making turns or going slowly. The problem grew more frequent so, I took it to a Toyota dealership closer to my home where they found that the transmission needs to be replaced. I have only had the van thirteen days and I noticed the problem a few days after buying it. Lucky for me, it is still under warranty. Nonetheless, paying too much for a van that is already broken, makes the frustrating buying experience we had seem even less pleasant. More

Recently bought a new car from Spencer in the internet dept. and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. This wasn't the closest dealership to our home, but the other guys were way to pushy a dept. and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. This wasn't the closest dealership to our home, but the other guys were way to pushy and wanted to "negotiate" instead of just giving me pricing. At Mark Miller all the sales agents were helpful and kind. I'll definitely be going back there in the future - just wish they were a little closer. More
