Dropped off my truck on a Tuesday for a service light that came on several times, was told it would take two to three days to diagnose. Tuesday I was supposed to get a call, no call so I had to called them and no one seams to know the status. HORRIBLE Service DO NOT USE THEM I miss Jack Maxton, they always had great service More
They had a car listed for a specific price on their website. We were about ready to close the deal on this car when we were informed that the car was really $4,000 more than listed. They tried to claim website. We were about ready to close the deal on this car when we were informed that the car was really $4,000 more than listed. They tried to claim that because it was an EV rebate from the government that we would put on our taxes, that every other dealership is doing it this way. They also tried to claim that the Kelley Blue Book price was incorrect because it was behind the times on this rebate. This rebate has been around since 2023. No other dealership, and we went to quite a few, tried to sell cars this way to us. We sadly walked away from a really nice car, because they were trying to jack up the price in the end. Had we not tried to haggle, either we would have been screwed in the end, or maybe this never would have happened to us in the first place. Shady way to run a business. More

Bought a car off the lot new in 2017. Car now has 25000 miles. Has original stock tires from the day I bought it and the paints falling off. Do not recommend buying a Chevy Product. I have been going to this dealership for years with the previous owner and now Wahlberg. This place has declined so much since Wahlberg took over. Gave it a one star because I couldn't give it ZERO, On our 2nd visit to look at the same vehicle we were prepared to buy. Magically a line item showed up for two thousand dollar 'market adjustment" Walke our 2nd visit to look at the same vehicle we were prepared to buy. Magically a line item showed up for two thousand dollar 'market adjustment" Walked out. Pro tip, just put the price of the vehicle down on paper and don't try to sneak in two thousand dollars. Completely dishonest, no excuse. Greg was our salesperson. My advice, find another dealer and ask them straight up for any sudden surprise fees they feel like dreaming up. I couldn't be more disappointed. More
Came in because I was told a car I was interested in was available. Once I got there they told me it was not. Offered other vehicles that had a "final price" listed on the site that matched what they were s available. Once I got there they told me it was not. Only once they showed me the true final price it included a 2k "market adjustment", their $900 required poly and screwed with how they displayed my trade in so that it looked like they were giving me more than they were. I'll go somewhere honest and transparent, thank you. Not your dealership. More
