UNBELIEVABLE WAIT TIME Our son took his car to serviced on a recall & had to wait for over 6 hours! Arrived at 7 am not seen til 1:00. Nice that they had something to eat in Our son took his car to serviced on a recall & had to wait for over 6 hours! Arrived at 7 am not seen til 1:00. Nice that they had something to eat in the waiting area though. A wasted day, and not only that, the recall he was in for didn't even need to be done. (not their fault) Anyway, they need to figure out how to schedule the work so this doesn't happen. We live at least a half hour away from Markley, btw. More

Extended warranty support I purchased my 2016 Honda Pilot at Markley. After having an issue with the fuel injectors they had to be replaced along with the supporting hardware. I purchased my 2016 Honda Pilot at Markley. After having an issue with the fuel injectors they had to be replaced along with the supporting hardware. The initial stance of the extended warranty insurer was to deny the claim. Mr. Terry Brunk was contacted at Markley and he facilitated a total reimbursement of parts and labor. He didn't have to do this as the service was performed at a different Honda service location, but he went the extra mile! This level of support speaks directly to ethics and a genuine desire to help customers. More

Great place I own a 2009 ridgeline as well as a 2016 Honda civic. Both of these vehicles were purchased from Markley, and honestly I can’t imagine buying from anywhere else. From top to bottom this is a first class organization. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and out to make your experience a positive one. I have purchased many vehicles from many places and this is by far the single best dealership I have encountered. It’s so great to have this place in Fort Collins. Today we turned in our 12yr old Honda Odyssey for a 2018 Basque Red Pearl CRV EXL. Our decision would have been much harder had it not been for Jason Hay. He was highly recommended from our friends who purchased a CRV from Markley’s late last year. Jason is an exceptional salesperson and knows the products very well. We did not feel pressured to commit to anything we were not comfortable with. Jason did all that was possible to make us his highest priority and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He valued our time and made sure our questions were answered and concerns addressed. He is personable, professional and was a pleasure to work with. When there’s an air of the hard-sell, I run the other direction, never to return. At Markley there’s a very caring, patient, and genuinely professional atmosphere which keeps me coming back for the high quality repairs and maintenance my car has always received. More
