I had been feeling the transmission shudder between 35 and 42 mph for a few years, usually in colder temps so finally got it in to be looked at. I've had my car in several times this year and wish the updates we be available to the service techs so they can see when a car is due for an update that would ultimately prevent the customer from having to make a special appointment to have it addressed. Stopped in for an oil change ! Very friendly employee at the service desk ! We were told it would take appx. an hour and we asked where we could have breakfast ! I went in for a scheduled appointment for an oil change and the service department was having a very busy day. Even under those circumstances they not only took care of my oil change, but went above and b and the service department was having a very busy day. I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience and am grateful for the time and patience the service department provided. More

I have always enjoyed the affordable and quick service given at Markley. They are professional, have a great facility and the people are very nice. My suggestion would be to improve communication with customers regarding timeline, estimates, and other pertinent information.
