I brought my truck in for an Oil and Filter change. Josh, service manager, advised me the front left ball joint was bad. I asked how much would that be? He said approximately $430. I agreed. After the Josh, service manager, advised me the front left ball joint was bad. I asked how much would that be? He said approximately $430. I agreed. After the Service was completed Josh said it was only $310 because line up wasn’t needed. He could’ve charged me the original estimate and I’ll NEVER known the Difference! But that Doesn’t Happen at Marler Ford! Fair and Honest always! They Have My Total Trust! More

They think outside of the box and find ways to bring a resolution to whatever problems come up which has been really helpful due to the lack of quality parts in the industry as a whole- I trust both of them with all of our personal vehicles ( We have 5 that they service and repair when I don't have time to undertake the repair). As we live out of state, I have had to utilize other dealerships and I have found that it is worth both my time and effort to go back to the Marler Service Department for any repairs on our vehicles ( I normally undertake the repairs myself) More
