By far, the best salesman (Kaleb) and dealership that I have dealt with in thirty years. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota. have dealt with in thirty years. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota. More

However the service department has gone downhill so much that I will no longer use them. Yesterday I took my car in for routine maintenance. It was to be a final straw service, to see if they had improved. They weren’t quick but I did get my car in a reasonable time. However when I drove it off the lot the digital speed indicator and the screen info were not visible. I pulled over and checked the back up cam. It was not visible either. There was something vaguely visible, but extremely faint. I pulled back in front of the service bay and informed them of the situation. The man looked at the situation and sort of indicated that there was something on the screen visible, the time. When shaded the screen I could very faintly see the time but nothing else. He didn’t argue all that much about the visibility, but was clearly not pleased to have to deal with the situation. All displays had been very visible when I brought the vehicle in. He had me pull into the service bay where it was darker and played with the screen until all was somewhat visible. When I pulled back into the sunlight I could see the info, until I put on my sunglasses, and then it was too dim to see. This morning I will be working at home to restore the display to a usable condition. About a month ago I needed a flat tire replaced. I called them, they would have a tire the next day so I made an appointment to have it changed. I came in dropped off the vehicle in service and went inside to wait for the service. An hour and three quarters later I went to the service desk and asked if they had started to work on the tire switch, and if not, to just bring my vehicle out. They brought it out and I went to Big O tire in Georgetown and they made the exchange in about fifteen minutes. About fourteen months ago I brought my vehicle in for something minor in the service area. They said it would take sixty to ninety minutes, so I waited. Six hours later they informed me it was ready. To their credit they said they had screwed up and had to redo the repair and knocked off 10%. My wife drove a Lexus, and at my suggestion she took it in to Marshall for routine maintenance service rather than drive to Lexington. After the service was completed she drove onto I-75 heading home. Shortly after getting onto I-75 one of the wheels flew off the car sending her off the pavement and into a ditch. She had it towed to the Lexus dealer and they determined that the lug nuts had not been tightened after the tires were rotated. I give Marshall very slight credit for not arguing their actions had caused the crash, and paying for the cars repairs. However as this could have been a fatal crash due to their failure, very slight credit. The final, final straw thing for me though, is the attitude of the personnel in the service department. What had once been friendly and courteous are now people that consider, or at least act as if, customers are an imposition. The man I dealt with yesterday asked my last name and that is how he addressed me, no Mister in front, just the last name. When my vehicle was bought in from service and the mechanic brought the paperwork into the desk, I went over to settle up and was informed that he had other things to do and it would be a while before he did my paperwork. I did stand around his desk and within five minutes he did do the paperwork. Safety in a car is paramount and I can no longer trust Marshall. I will use another dealer for service and I will no longer buy new vehicles there. More
I took my car in for the oil change and tire rotation and supposed to do a detail clean. I got my car back and the cleaning was not done. It looked like they sprayed water on the outside of car and that was supposed to do a detail clean. I got my car back and the cleaning was not done. It looked like they sprayed water on the outside of car and that was it. The staff at the sales desk was not friendly at all I felt like I was disturbing him to ask about my service appt. It takes me a hour and 7 minutes to get there to be that disappointed. I purchased a premium warranty package to cover this and I was so disappointed with them, I have to wonder if they filled the fluids or did the other warranty part correctly. I have tried to call the sales manager on this to no avail no one will answer the phone or if I leave a message no one returns a call so frustrating.. More
Where should i start. They present this VIP program like it's a perk but then you find out it's 3000 dollars, even though they never say the price of the program. It was d They present this VIP program like it's a perk but then you find out it's 3000 dollars, even though they never say the price of the program. It was definitely missing leading. But they won't take it off. And the worst part is im still not sure what it covers. Then with in 24 hours your check engine light comes on. A d today i get a message that the vehicle was never checked by the sheriff's office. And they want me to drive 30 to 40 minutes to have it inspected. Great truck but very shady dealings. More
We drove 5 hours to pick up a car we purchased from Marshall. I would never deal with this dealership again, poor commination, did not present car as it was. I asked questions and was told it was in gr Marshall. I would never deal with this dealership again, poor commination, did not present car as it was. I asked questions and was told it was in great condition, salesman could not get it thru his head that we were 5 hours away, so returning 2 days later for the spare key was out of the question. Hard to get replies to our questions, then salesman tells me he is too busy with customers that are at the dealership. More
I purchased my vehicle from Dry Ridge Toyota in 2023. This year my Toyota subscription expired and I had some questions about it so I drove down to the dealership for assistance. Andrew Mahan and T.C. This year my Toyota subscription expired and I had some questions about it so I drove down to the dealership for assistance. Andrew Mahan and T.C. Eads were at the front desk area when I walked in and both of these guys helped me out. They were both very kind and was able to answer all my questions and assisted me with getting my subscription renewed and made sure it was working before I left. Every time I have gone to the dealership, I have always been pleased with the service. More

Although we did not come to an agreement, this was the best experience I could of hoped for while trying to buy a car. Simple, friendly, time-saving! Just left here, having nearly completed a purchase. BUYER BEWARE. Everything about this place is SHADY. Financial guy kept throwing docs at us to sign. When we refused the extended warranty, he verbati BUYER BEWARE. Everything about this place is SHADY. Financial guy kept throwing docs at us to sign. When we refused the extended warranty, he verbatim told us "Have you ever owned a jeep before? Good luck with that". Further into the document signing, he insisted the warranty state "As Is", even though the car was a year old and only had 11k miles. When we inquired why the factory warranty wasn't specified like every other vehicle we've ever purchased, he looked at us like we had 2 heads and told us that wasn't on them, we needed to read the car manual, and we "Had taken it for a test drive, and we didn't get into the glove box and read the entire manual?". Um, no. Who reads the entire manual on a test drive? We suggested getting the manual so we could read it before we continued. He said "That's not how I do it, we sign the documents first." Again, um no. SHADY SHADY. Again we insisted. At which point the sales manager came in and stated they would not put anything except "As Is". We relayed our concerns at what the financial guy had said, which he totally denied. I asked if he was calling me a liar, to which he responded "Yes I am." THE FINANCIAL EMPLOYEE LITERALLY CALLED ME A LIAR. Is that a new kind of sales pitch???? We purchase vehicles regularly, and I would NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Ever. You know all those stereotypes of used car dealerships? I believe they originated with Marshall Dry Ridge Toyota. Good luck if you buy there. More
