We were greeted with a friendly smile and a hand shake. There was no pressure to buy or add additional services to our warranty. He gave us plenty of time to discuss if we wanted to buy the truck. He took our offer to his boss and was pleasant with all of our interactions. He did a great job showing us the features of the vehicle and was very personable. He was knowledgeable about the features on the vehicle and answered all of our questions. Chris was able to give us a good price for the vehicle as we had checked with other dealers and knew what we wanted to pay. Our over all experience was very pleasant. When you spend that much money you want to feel like the person with whom you do busines is interested in your satisfaction and not just a sale. We will go back if and when we need a car. I have never bought a new car for the reason of not wanting to get ripped off by any sales person at a car lot, but my experience at dry ridge toyota was phenomenal!
