We were greeted with a friendly smile and a hand shake. There was no pressure to buy or add additional services to our warranty. He gave us plenty of time to discuss if we wanted to buy the truck. He was knowledgeable about the features on the vehicle and answered all of our questions. Chris was able to give us a good price for the vehicle as we had checked with other dealers and knew what we wanted to pay. Our over all experience was very pleasant. When you spend that much money you want to feel like the person with whom you do busines is interested in your satisfaction and not just a sale. We will go back if and when we need a car. He was very kind and helpful and when we meet him he took us under his wing to find the best thing for us. We came in and only a few hours later owned a fantastic car! What a fine dealership!! My wife wanted a Sequoia which we found on the Dry Ride website. I spoke with Joe who was more than just accommodating. From extra pictures to specific details, he made us comfortable enough to make the 7 hour drive and purchase the car. We purchased a great car at a great price! Our experience with this dealership was nothing short of fantastic. All the employees, including the managers, were friendly and helpful. We even had a nice meal at their delicious cafe.
