The worst maintainence ever. Had frame replaced on 2008 Toyota Tacoma what a disaster. Loose parts, uninstalled parts, grease all over interior when I picked vehicle up. Damage to vehicle front drive line, most wiring unsecured with lots of broken or missing clips. Truck was not aligned properly after frame installed and wondered all over the place. If you need a frame replaced or maintenance you should try elsewhere. The absolute worst! More

The Service Department got the job done! We were very pleased with the service received on our vehicle and the personal service provided by Krenda Weber and Ryan Hoag. We know that our ten ye We were very pleased with the service received on our vehicle and the personal service provided by Krenda Weber and Ryan Hoag. We know that our ten year old Tundra is starting to show its age and that the chemicals used on the roads are causing widespread corrosion issues. Yet, Ryan worked very hard to replace the badly rusted tie rod ends so that the steering could be aligned properly. He did a phenomenal job, as the truck has not handled this well in several years. Krenda kept us updated on the status of the work even though the actual time it took was several hours more than her original estimate. Both worked hard to get the truck done by the end of the day so that we would not have to spend another night away from home. Since the dealership is about 130 miles from our home, we had traveled to Ashland the night before and had stayed in a hotel. A second night in the hotel would have added significant cost to our visit, so we are grateful that they were able to get it done in one day. Thanks Krenda and Ryan! We will definitely be back. More
