My experience was good from the beginning of a sale after I contacted the salesman Bill to let him know that I needed spare keys for the vehicle and for some reason I have yet to receive the keys. I contacted him again on Monday, December 29th and he was Telling me that he could not have the spare keys made until a week from today to me. I think that is really unacceptable.
