Had a good experience at Mainline Honda. Originally came in a bit low on my tradein but that's their job and they were reasonable in negotiating. Finance was easy and not pushy. My 2017 Originally came in a bit low on my tradein but that's their job and they were reasonable in negotiating. Finance was easy and not pushy. My 2017 Honda Pilot did end up throwing a transmission error that evening of the first day and turns out it needed a new torque converter which was thankfully covered under a Honda extended warranty. They provided a great loaner and did the work quickly. Would have preferred they catch that issue prior to selling, but it happens. More
