Everything went well but I had an issue with the radio not being factory reset before I left the dealership and had to return two times before it was fixed. Also, while I understand that the car I got was not being factory reset before I left the dealership and had to return two times before it was fixed. Also, while I understand that the car I got was preowned l, I do believe the dealership should provide its customers with a regular and spare key with the purchase/lease of the car. Besides that everyone was friendly and helpful. It is just about having higher standards. More

Very pleased with Lisa who I called and asked info on a car. She replied quickly and trusted that the car I wanted was actually there after talking to her. She set me up with the salesman Hiep, who I actua car. She replied quickly and trusted that the car I wanted was actually there after talking to her. She set me up with the salesman Hiep, who I actually bought a car from 11 years prior from a different dealership. Hiep said he would have the car ready when I got there. I had to wait another hour to see the car. I do not blame Hiep for this but it should not have happened. Then I took about a 10-15 test drive. Informed Hiep I did want the car. Seemed to take forever until they were done with the paperwork, and I was not financing. I was in there for 3 hours! Hiep said I could write out a check and take the car the next day. I said I have to move money around before I could do that. He said no problem, they would cash it ( he named a date about 6 days later. I said I think it would be safer 8 days later. He said that would be fine. The next business day they tried to cash my check!! Of course it bounced! I liked dealing with Hiep, and I got the car I wanted at a good price, but because of what I experienced , I can not recommend this company. More
