We really liked working with Helena. She was very knowledgeable and had helpful information. The sales manager was too much of a typical car salesman. We had given repeat business with Piazza Mazda in the past because they did not behave this way, but they did not have an appropriate hybrid car to offer. I would be hesitant to return to your dealership because of this approach. This worked out because you had the very car I wanted and eventually got to a reasonable, not great, deal. We also did not love having to wait over an hour to meet with Dave to do the paperwork late in the evening, after we were told they could not hold the car for us until the next morning, when it would have been much more convenient for us.
