Oh my goodness. Where do I start. Absolutely amazing customer service. I have had lots of bad experiences with other dealerships recently trying to find a car, with Where do I start. I have had lots of bad experiences with other dealerships recently trying to find a car, with traveling over 2 hours just to see the car not in good condition when I was told it was, or merely just bad customer service…but THIS DEALERSHIP, by far the best dealership I have ever been to. This was my first car getting: at a dealership and the process was so smooth. I got to look at the car first then I went in and then I test drove it, Mayra is amazing. She went with me and told me where to go and was talking to me, getting to know me, being really personal, intentional, and encouraging. I had asked her originally to send me walk around videos from the inside and outside of the car (because of the experiences I had with other dealerships recently) it was amazing she was so nice and sent me lots of videos every detail. All questions I had she answered and it was just so amazing. So encouraging. One of the things she said to me was how good I looked in the car when I was test driving it and I was so excited because this car I was looking to buy was my dream car. Was trying to be lowkey but then when I was finally able to get to the last steps, I got excited and showed that and she was so good. The whole process with paying and all the paperwork was so good. They serviced it, put a full tank of gas in, buffed it up, detailed it, it was amazing. Then I picked it up and I have it now and I couldn’t be more happy. Thank you so much for an amazing experience you guys need to go to this dealership. They are by far the best and I traveled an hour and it was the best. CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH!!! God bless :) More
