My girlfriend and I went into Masano just to do some browsing of vehicles. Usually, that alone is a stressful experience at dealerships. At Masano however, it was hassle-free and very enjoyable. Our sale person, Richard Nolt let us look over a vehicle on our own, sensing that we might not quite be ready to dive into a sale. While we browsed, he went to another lot to get us a comparable vehicle to view. After a brief test drive, we were pretty sure we needed to look a few more cars--we were able to take a few cars out without Richard present, and it gave my girlfriend and I a chance to speak honestly about our ride experience. This proved a very effective sales method, as we eventually left Masano having purchased (quite unexpectedly I might add) A Ford Edge that had arrived at the dealer only in the morning! When Richard saw that we had an interest in that particular vehicle, he told us to go to lunch and he expedited the Masano 128 certification process. Very helpful! Plus, I after searching our area far and wide, it's clear that Masano has the best prices with a great dealer facility to back it up. We'd recommend Masano and Richard Nolt to anyone who is in need of a used car. Overall, a pleasant experience! More

I purchased a 2007 Hyundai Sonata. I realized after I got the car home that there were some things wrong with the car. 1. There was only 1 key. The dealership provided a loaner car and they did a GREAT job fixing the paint issues. 4. The front bumper was cracked and dented. The replaced the bumper. I shopped for this car for a long time. I knew exactly what I wanted and was just waiting for the right one. This car was by far the best price I have seen. I have seen cars this week with 10,000 miles more than my car, for $ 2,000 more. I don't know how they do it. The dealership also provided me with a comparable vehicle for the entire time they had my car. I highly recommend this dealership for your automotive needs. Ask for Todd Soderstron. He really cares about customer service! More

I went to Masano to look at a Chrysler 300 that I viewed online. When I arrived I found that the car already had a deposit on it. I looked at a few other makes and models, and found a surprise with a VW Pas online. When I arrived I found that the car already had a deposit on it.
