I bought a used car. It’s typical used car dealership where everyone is nice before the sale and not so helpful and friendly after the sale completed. Couldn’t drive for two weeks because of expired temporary plates. Good inventory. Price is little bit of higher side compared to carfax and car guru’s price. More

We went there to pick a preowned car with price advertised. The manager there told us that we have to pay extra $3000 for all used car for cleaning and care. Waited 2 weeks for a service appt while my AC is not working. The night before my appt I am told a customer is late in returning a loaner so its not available. The next day I am told there are no loan working. The night before my appt I am told a customer is late in returning a loaner so its not available. The next day I am told there are no loaners for another month and they "are reserved for customers who purchased from them". Great customer service. More
