I kept having a problem starting the car because it wouldn't turn over when you touch the gas pedal when trying to start the car. I was never instructed when I bought the car NOT to touch the gas pedal when trying to start the car. I brought it in for service and was told it needed a Software update, and only after speaking with the Service Manager did I learn that you only put in the clutch but not to hit the gas. Tonight I got a flat tire, and to my amazement, went to look for the spare....and there isn't one unless you purchase it as an option! Why doesn't someone tell you this when you buy the car? WOW. What if you are 1/2 the way to Vegas and you get a flat. It's nice that they include an air pump, and not a donut spare. I can understand that this is an option, but the least you could do is tell someone. I'm very disappointed with the fact that this wasn't mentioned when I bought the car. Now I have a $369 purchase and a special trip to the dealer and back to where I had to leave my car. More

Buyers Beware! Shady Business Practices & Blatant Lies I was blatantly lied to several times throughout the entire sales process. I was taken advantage of due to very aggressive sales techniques. My sales rep, Sacha, claimed the vehicle I was trading in could not and would not be sold on the lot because of its year (2002) and amount of miles (118K). I was told that if I traded it in, they would be forced to take it to the auction so they only offered me $1.8K for the trade in. I debated this with Sacha back and forth and then he brought over a piece of paper showing me the auction sale value and explained how they could possibly lose money on the trade even at $1.8K. The very next week my trade in was placed on the dealership website for around $6-8K. When I contacted them about it, the Sales Manager, Jon, told me it was automatically populated on the website by the "system" and that it was going to the auction that week. Two weeks later, I figured I would check and emailed a sales rep named Jason from a different email address and name asking about the 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He responded saying it was still available and asked when I can come take a look at it. They had removed the car from the dealer website but it was still being posted to Craigslist. I was misled from the very start and this business should be ashamed of themselves. I have saved all the emails on Gmail and can prove the validity. Not only did they lie to me on the deal, but they forgot to pay off my traded in vehicles loan and I ended up getting charged a late fee. It was paid off when I called in and asked what the delay was. More

If you already know what you're looking for or have a pretty good idea, I'd completely recommend going here as they don't waste time and will take care of you.
