I left and came back later with my wife to look again and Roscoe again spent time with us without pressure or overselling either truck. He pointed out the good points on each and we left that evening committed to purchase the GMC Sierra SLT that he showed to us. The next day we arrived about 11 am and sat down with Roscoe and he patiently walked us through everything until he handed us the keys. Replacement of my console the service was completed within the time the service manage indicated. He answer all of my question. I had an issue with the console not working. The the service was completed within the time the service manage indicated. He answer all of my question. I had an issue with the console not working. They schedule me for the replacement of the console. When I returned for the installation of the console, it was installed and I'm happy with music while driving. I'm very please with the service personnel. More

My experience was very good I arrived at the appointed time and was checked in for service. He asked if there were any issues other that the service. I pointed out the the consol I arrived at the appointed time and was checked in for service. He asked if there were any issues other that the service. I pointed out the the console did work any more. No radio, pone or anything I was told after the service that they would order a console and give me a call when it was ready for installation. I'm waiting for the installation appointment. More
